At my boutique studio in Victoria BC, I offer small group Pilates classes (max. 4) and private training sessions to clients of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is for all clients to reach their movement potential, whether they are returning from injury and looking to restore daily function, want to improve athletic performance or want to keep moving well for life.
If you’re looking for one-on-one attention, private training sessions allow you to work on your specific needs. I create a customized workout to help you reach your fitness and health goals.
My studio has high-performance Stott Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel and Spring Wall. Whether you have a physical injury or are working on mastering a sport or are addressing a postural issue, I can create a program that will improve your strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
I offer ongoing group classes dedicated to alignment and technique. Groups are small so you still get individual attention to achieve the results you are looking for. I provide hands-on and verbal cues as well as demonstrations to help you successfully learn the exercises. These small group sessions are well-paced and use a variety of props including:
- Foam rollers
- Stability balls
- Pilates balls
- Fitness circle
- Thera bands
- Hand weights
- And more
Please note: an individual assessment is required prior to registration in group classes in order to identify key issues for each participant.
I also offer pop-up classes in and around the Greater Victoria Area. Classes such as Basic Back Care, Better Bladder Health & Preventing Mummy Tummy, provide straight forward information and teach simple self care exercises.

Three hour interactive workshops are designed to teach essential exercises as well as basic body function. I provide a safe, comfortable environment to learn how to prevent or recover from pelvic health issues such as incontinence and prolapse. Workshops are offered through various recreation centres, select physiotherapy clinics, pilates and yoga studios in Victoria BC.
