Leslie is passionate about teaching people to connect with their bodies and to move without pain. While two pregnancies, childbirth and menopause had an impact on her, she discovered that they didn’t doom her to adult diapers for the rest of her life. Leslie believes that pelvic floor health is not an aging issue it is a fitness issue.

With a repertoire of more than 500 progressive mind-body exercises and 20+ years of experience, Leslie supports women, helping them to transform their bodies, allowing them to increase their potential for movement by developing their strength, flexibility and awareness.

With the help of Leslie's programs, coaching and

exercises, her clients experience a significant improvement in

their overall feeling of wellness, putting an end

to incontinence and the prospect of surgery.
